The client
Vox Surveys write customer surveys and analyse the responses on behalf of their clients.

The brief
To create a web based system that would allow Vox Surveys to set-up, administer and analyse survey responses on behalf of their clients.

The solution
We created a template based system that gave Vox Surveys the ability to deliver multi-national, multi-lingual web-based surveys. Key features of the system include:

• the ability to create surveys in multiple languages for use in one or more country;
• unique web address fo every survey so Vox’s clients can simply email the appropriate link to their customer(s);
• Vox’s clients can log-in to the system and view their survey results online in real time;
• survey results can be exported to Excel for in-depth analysis;
• surveys templates are cost effective to create and can be tailored to suit the corporate identities of Vox’s clients;
• automatic notification by email of low scoring surveys.
